Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Office Management:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Customer Service:
- Address guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues promptly.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of events and functions.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Facilitate meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and hospitality management systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
