Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team on a full-time basis.
  • The Cashier will be responsible for processing transactions, managing payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive outcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Processing: Accurately handle petty cash, andclient payments, and manage transactions throughaccounting software.
  • Payment Management: Process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and other digital methods, ensuring proper documentation using Excel and financial software.
  • Cash Balancing: Maintain, balance, and report on cash drawers using Excel and reconciliation tools.
  • Record-Keeping: Use Excel and digital platforms for accurate filing and tracking of financial transactions.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep theworkstation clean, organized, and secure.

Qualifications

  • Ordinary Diploma or National Diploma (ND) in accounting or a related field
  • 6 years of cogent experience as a cashier.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
