Job Title: Partnership Associate

Location: Lagos

Job Objectives

  • Our client, a leading company in the fintech sector, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnership Associate to spearhead their partnership development initiatives.
  • This role requires someone who can identify strategic opportunities, foster strong relationships with partners, and drive impactful collaborations that align with the company's goals.

Responsibilities
Partnership Development:

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage and cultivate relationships with potential partners.
  • Proactively identify and research new partnership opportunities that align with the company’s goals.

End-to-End Partnership Management:

  • Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial contact and negotiation to contract finalization and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales) to ensure seamless partner integration and the successful execution of joint initiatives.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Continuously monitor partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies to maximize value for all stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to communicate the progress and impact of partnerships to both internal teams and external partners.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and mutual benefit.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks related to partnership management, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in partnership development or a related role.
  • Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess partnership performance and identify areas for growth.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
