Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Installation Technician to join our team.
• The Electrical Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• The ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems, wiring, and components such as circuit breakers, outlets, lighting, and control panels in compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Plan, layout, and execute wiring installations, including cable management, conduit running, and termination to ensure efficient and safe connections.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in systems or equipment
• Perform system testing and inspections to ensure all installations meet quality and safety requirements before commissioning.
• Perform regular maintenance and emergency repairs on existing electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine system layouts and specifications for installations.

Qualifications

• OND  / HND / B. Eng in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Technical training or certification in electrical installation is required.
• A minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in electrical installations or a similar role.
• Familiarity with residential, commercial, or industrial systems is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and electrical codes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in installations.
