Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to reach their full potential.
- Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set clear sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
Sales Execution:
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring team alignment and execution.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that boost product visibility and sales.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Client Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retail partners.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring a superior customer experience.

Budget Management:
- Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
