Job Description

• Our client operates Service Apartments within Ogba and currently requires the services of House Keeping supervisor who has previous experience in managing Service Apartments.
• This person will oversee the activities of the Housekeepers and ensure smooth running of the apartments.

Responsibilities

• Managing the workflow of their employees, creating team schedules and delegating tasks.
• Assessing the work performance of their employees and identifying areas that need improvement.
• Ensure that all the apartments are cleaned and suitable for let.
• Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles.
• Setting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the company’s plans and vision.
• Ensure that all materials needs for cleaning are available at all times.
• Ensure that all plumbing fittings are working.
• Ensure that all electrical fittings are functional.
• Ensure that Internet and DSTY connections are functional.
• Reporting performance records and evaluations to HR and senior management.
