Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team.
• This initially remote role is ideal for a motivated individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the staffing, executive search, and training sectors.
• The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive growth, earn commission, and progress within the organization.

Requirements

• A First Degree in any field of study is required.
• Membership in a professional body such as CIM or NIMN would be an added advantage.
• Proven work experience in sales development and management.
• An established network of clients to leverage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth market and industry knowledge.
• Strong B2B sales experience in sectors such as oil and gas, technology, financial services, consumer goods, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Familiarity with the local business environment and cultural nuances.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary
N300,000 Gross Plus Commission
