Job Title: Online Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Working Days: 5 Working Days.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers through various online platforms, including our website, social media, and email.
• Provide product information, specifications, and pricing to potential customers.
• Assist customers in choosing the right computer hardware components based on their requirements.
• Process online orders, manage payment transactions, and ensure timely delivery.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest computer hardware trends and product offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the online shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent from a recognized university.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with computer hardware components is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in using online communication tools.
• Must be customer-focused and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Salary
N100,000 - N250,000 per month.
