Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

Job Title: Procurement Manager

Job Description

• The Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing equipment, goods, and services, as well as managing vendor relationships.
• Develops, leads, and executes procurement strategies in alignment with the organization’s Procurement Policy.
• Performs category spend analysis and benchmarking to identify sustainable, long-term savings opportunities and explore all potential value levers.
• Reviews documents and data (e.g., incoming requisitions, past purchases, reconciliations, POs, inventories) to ensure completeness and accuracy of the purchasing process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree in Procurement / supply Chain management or any related course is an advantage.
• Professional Qualification in CIPS is an added advantage.
• Six years + relevant working experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired.
• Understanding of multinational procurement process is required.
