We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effectiveness of the Account payable process which includes checking of documents, cost, approvals and payments.
• To liaise with customers, vendors, bankers, consultants, FIRS/LIRS or other government officials for data and other matters.
• Responding to requests for information and resolving issues swiftly.
• Following up with payments and bill submission.
• Provide necessary documentation and support during internal audits.
• Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile.
• Manage invoices and ensure that payments are made according to the company policies.
• Experience in data and vendor management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting or Banking finance from an accredited university or polytechnic with at least 2 years of experience as an Account officer/ clerk or Auditor in a well-regarded organization.
