Performance Officer at Firmus Group

Firmus Group is a registered Microfinance House established with the purpose of providing excellent retail financial services to the underserved customers in Nigeria. We are located in Nigeria, with our corporate head office at no 8b Sola Oguntade Close, off Durosimi-Etti Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, and our branch office at no 10, Agbareh Close, Off Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Performance Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
• Conduct training sessions for managers on performance evaluation techniques.
• Monitor and report on employee performance trends and areas for development.
• Work with HR to align performance management with organizational goals.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Economics or other related courses.
• 1 - 3 years experience in related field.
• Strong understanding of microfinance principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
