Job Title: Chief Medical Director and CEO

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Reports To: The Chairman of the Board

Main Function

• The Chief Medical Director and CEO leads the medical spa, balancing clinical and business aspects, ensuring optimal patient outcomes, staff development, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Set and communicate the spa’s vision, goals, and values, ensuring alignment with global industry standards and market demands.
• Clinical Oversight: Establish and enforce medical protocols for procedures like injectables, laser treatments, and skincare to guarantee safety and efficacy.
• Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including maintaining licenses, and certifications, and updating legal protocols.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, revenue targets, and cost control. Develop pricing strategies and monitor financial performance.
• Business Development: Identify new services, technologies, and partnerships that drive business growth and enhance the spa’s market position.
• Team Leadership: Mentor medical staff, ensure continuous professional development, and foster a culture of clinical excellence and customer service.
• Patient Care: Handle escalated medical issues, provide expert consultations, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Business Development Collaboration: Partner with the Business Development team to promote medical services and expand client base through innovative campaigns.

Experience/Qualification

• MD or DO degree with a valid medical license.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a medical spa or aesthetic medicine.
• Strong knowledge of non-invasive cosmetic procedures and medical regulations.
