Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated German Teacher to join our secondary school in Ondo.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and fostering a love for the German language and culture in students. The candidate must be able to develop engaging lesson plans and deliver lessons effectively to students from different learning levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach German language to secondary school students, preparing them for exams and future learning.
• Develop and implement a German curriculum that meets the school’s standards.
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and promote student engagement.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in German or related field.
• Proven experience as a German teacher, preferably at the secondary school level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to create an engaging classroom environment.
• Certification in teaching or relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
