We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant / Fast Food Manager

Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
• Train and motivate the team members to deliver prompt actions.
• Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively.
• Develop strategies for improving customers dining experience.
• Move throughout the kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met
• Judge appearance and taste of product and check preparation method to determine quality.
• Give guidance toward improvement and make necessary adjustments for consistency.
• Ensure all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Pertinent information to all staff, such changes should be communicated promptly.
• You are to make sure day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Oversee both front and back of house operations, including cashier's and kitchen crew.
• Oversee kitchen staff's compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements.
• Ensuring that checklist requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
• Ensure proper proper documentation of customers orders and prompt delivery.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.
• 3-5 years work experience.
• Must live within Ikotun area.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
