Job Title: Chinese Teacher

Job Summary

• We are looking for a trained and experienced Chinese Teacher to teach Chinese language and culture in an internal school in Ondo.
• The successful candidate will have experience in teaching Chinese and creating lesson plans that cater to varying levels of proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Chinese language, including speaking, reading, and writing, to secondary school students.
• Design a Chinese curriculum that aligns with school goals and helps students achieve language proficiency.
• Encourage cultural understanding and appreciation of Chinese traditions.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, offering constructive feedback.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and student development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chinese or related field.
• Previous teaching experience in Chinese language, ideally in a secondary school setting.
• Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• IGCSE or any international teaching certification perferred.
