Job Title: Senior Account Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • As a Senior Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and driving account growth.
  • Your expertise in account management will contribute to the overall success of our team and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of client accounts, including strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services that align with client objectives.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Mentor and support junior account officers, sharing best practices and fostering professional development.
  • Assist in the development of account strategies and forecasts to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or a related role
  • Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts and driving growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 monthly.
