Job Overview

• We are looking for an experienced and reliable Hotel Housekeeper with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at a hotel in Omole, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet the hotel’s high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
• Keep public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms clean and tidy at all times.
• Collect, wash, fold, and distribute hotel linens and guest laundry when required.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and notify management when stock levels are low to ensure timely restocking.
• Promptly respond to guest requests for additional towels, toiletries, and other amenities, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Conduct final checks to ensure all rooms and areas meet cleanliness standards before guest check-ins.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for guests and staff.
• Report any lost items found in guest rooms and hand them over to the supervisor following hotel procedures.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical condition, as the job involves standing, bending, and lifting.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Candidates living in close proximity to the hotel or willing to relocate will be prioritized.

Salary

• N50,000 monthly
• Additional Benefits: HMO, Pension
