Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.
• Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to clients’ financial goals and needs.
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to assess their needs and address any concerns.
• Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in relationship management in investment/asset manager industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market trends.
