We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Server

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

• As a Server, you are to ensure orders of our patrons are accurately taken and delivered to them.
• You must be able to explain the menu to our customers, communicate with the production team when meals on display have hit replenish level, and manage the life span of the meals passed for display.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests/customers as they enter into the restaurant
• Guide guests in the selection of dishes
• Respond to questions and make recommendations for complementary products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and the production team to ensure the trays on display are adequately and freshly stocked
• Receive feedback and complaints with a positive attitude and follow up with the appropriate department until resolved
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Ensure all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is of high quality
• Process bills using the point of sale software, collect payments, and issue receipts applicable
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties of the service station and the dining area
• Deliver memorable guest service experience
• Ensure the service station is well stocked with packaging materials and serving utensils
• Process orders via the e-commerce platforms.

Requirements

• A minimum of National Diploma (OND).
• Relevant professional qualifications are an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a QSR .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems.
• Ability to multitask.

Salary
N60,000 monthly.
