Job Title: Training and Special Projects Specialist

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

• Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this position is responsible for supporting training, special projects and operations. This includes coordinating day-to-day training activities, managing projects or project deliverables relating to new training.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training-related activities for all employees
• Create required training programs as required by business needs.
• Assure that all Training records are filled out properly and completely.
• Drive the adoption of the use of the e-learning platform (Development Centre and Harvard manage Mentor).
• Have full knowledge of the number of available courses and programs in the eLearning plans available to the high level of expertise required.
• Responsible for the coordination of the new hire onboarding and training process

Job Requirements

• BSc in Human Resources or relevant fields.
• 5 - 7 years of related experience in training and communication within the HR field.
• Should be able to travel within the country as required.

Salary
N850,000 - N1,500,000 monthly (Negotiable).
