Job Description

• We seek an experienced Lounge and Grill Supervisor to assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards in our lounge and grill.

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in supervising lounge and grill staff.
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring efficient service.
• Implement policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.

Customer Services:

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints/concerns.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure staff provides excellent service. 

Qualifications

• Minimum academic qualification of a First Degree
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must pay attention to details.
