Job Summary
- The Centre Stage Company is seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Marketer to join our in-house team.
- The ideal candidate will lead our digital marketing efforts, develop and execute creative campaigns, manage social media, and design sales funnels.
- You will also be responsible for crafting compelling email marketing campaigns, optimizing sales pages, and generating designs that elevate our brand presence.
- Your expertise in driving online traffic and converting leads into customers is crucial to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Create, design, and manage engaging social media campaigns across platforms; Schedule posts, respond to comments, and grow followers.
- Design & Branding: Oversee the creation of high-quality graphics and visual content for social media, email, and web; Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms.
- Sales Funnels: Build, optimize, and manage sales funnels to convert leads into customers; Track, analyze, and refine funnels for optimal performance.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions; Manage email lists and analyze campaign performance.
- Sales Pages: Design and optimize sales pages that are visually appealing and conversion-focused.
- Analytics: Track key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and engagement. Provide reports and insights to improve performance.
- SEO & SEM: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and manage SEM campaigns for paid digital advertising.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content creators,and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, email marketing, and sales funnel management.
- Strong design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and improve campaigns.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Ability to manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
