We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the CEO in executing all personal and official/executive tasks.
• Ensuring the proper, smooth, and effective running of the Office of the CEO.
• Managing and coordinating the tasks of all direct reports to the CEO.
• Ensuring efficient management of the CEO’s time and priorities.
• Anticipating the needs of executives and providing proactive solutions to potential challenges.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related medical field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a healthcare or medical setting.
• Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related medical field is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Must be presentable, well-spoken, process-oriented, composed, able to work under pressure, and a self-starter.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
