Job Title: Salon Manager

Job Summary

• As our Salon Manager you will be responsible for daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in our salon.
• The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for the beauty industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to inspire and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor salon staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to salon policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage salon budgets, sales targets, and expenses to ensure profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a salon management role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends, products, and services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 per month.
