Job Title: Sales Manager (Industrial Building / Steel Structure)
Locations: Lagos, Aba - Abia, Jigawa, Kano, Sokoto & Zamfara
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Responsible for market development of industrial construction/steel structure projects and achieving sales targets;
- Responsible for market research and demand analysis of industrial buildings/steel structures, etc;
- Responsible for following up on project payments and handling abnormal project affairs;
- Responsible for maintaining daily relationships with new and old customers;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Requirements
- More than 1 years of experience in industrial construction/steel structure sales, with a certain level of architectural and cost knowledge;
- Priority given to having certain customer resources and government background relationships;
- Strong market development skills and good interpersonal communication skills.
