Job Summary
- As our business development manager, you will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and expanding relationships with industry partners, retailers, wellness platforms, and influencers.
- You will leverage these partnerships to boost brand visibility, drive revenue, and create collaborative opportunities aligned with our brand’s mission of skincare excellence.
Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and approach potential partners in the beauty and wellness industry, including retailers, spas, wellness platforms, and influential brand ambassadors.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners to enhance brand credibility, reach new audiences, and generate mutual growth.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, gathering insights and refining strategies to drive continuous improvement and high ROI.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth integration of partnerships and optimize their impact on the brand’s goals.
- Work with sales, project management, and operations teams to ensure effective partnership integration and to deliver on project commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of successful partnerships, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry.
- Ability to identify partnership synergies and develop win-win strategies.
Salary
N600,000 - N700,000 monthly with Commission.
