- Minimum B.Sc/HND in Estate Management.
- 2 Class Upper Division or Upper Credit.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Packages.
- 5-8 years working knowledge of Facility Management/Real Estate is desirable.
- NIESV membership is mandatory.
- 30 - 40 years of age.
