Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Building Technology, Engineering, Architecture or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in facilities management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Familiarity with budget management and cost-control principles.
- Strong understanding of facility principles and relevant technologies.
- Relevant Certification.
- Functional IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Commitment to good work ethics and discipline.
- Effective planning and organising skills and the ability to pay attention to details
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
