Job Description
- Follow up/ supervise/organize/optimize the Six-Monthly Campaign activities in ONNE and Third Party Base in terms of actual cost and quality rendered
- Register movement of all Lifting Equipment and CCU between Sites and ONNE and Third Party Bases
- Collect/verify the Lifting Inspection Certificates
- Coordinate the Inspection Management for Planned and Ad-hoc Inspection of Lifting Equipment
- Coordinate the activities of the Third Party responsible for the Inspection and Certification of Lifting Equipment
- Perform Final Visual Examination and check for Colour-Coding before transportation of all Lifting Equipment
- Witness the NDT Testing and Load-Testing Requirements associated to Lifting Operations in Onne and Third party Vendors’ Bases.
- Keep all Lifting Equipment Test and Inspection Records
- Consult with CPLO and Inspection Onshore when additional input is required
- Act as Inspection Representative in relation to specific inspection activities, taking a lead role in the involvement / co-ordination of, and interface between, Onshore / Site / Offshore Teams and Contractors, ensuring effective communication and understanding between appropriate parties.
- Ensure Quality and Quantitative control of all consumable to support offshore painting activities

Accountabilities
- Ensure and Verify that the Requirements stipulated in the Purchase Order are achieved in the delivered items (Lifting, PSV, Gas cylinders, Pressure Vessels)
- Prepare/Coordinate/Follow -up/Record of all Non-Conforming items delivered.
- Main Focal Point in ONNE for the implementation of the DW LIFTING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
- Monitor and Verify the Time Sheets of Third Party Activities and utilisation of rental equipment during the Six-Monthly Campaigns and Ad-hoc Inspections (truck and crane)
- Carry out QA/QC of all critical equipment (PRD/Gas Cylinder/Pressure vessel/Lifting equipment)
Requirements
- Education:- Engineering/Science Technician or Diplomate with knowledge of Lifting Equipment, Mechanical, Inspection, Metallurgy, Welding, and Fabrication.
- Professional experience (total number of years):- 5 years’ Operational experience in relevant Operation
- Recognized qualification in Lifting (eg NSL) and in basic NDT Techniques (ultrasonic; radiography; magnetic particle; dye penetrant inspection)
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Ability to perform Inspection Requirements in a difficult environment
