Job Title: Verification Analyst

Locations: Niger; Port Harcourt, Rivers; Lagos; Kano; Ilorin, Kwara; and Ibadan, Oyo
Job type: Fixed-term contract

Description

• We are looking to hire smart, customer-centric & collaborative Verification Analyst(s) on a fixed-term contract to support our vision.
• The successful hire(s) will play a crucial role in supporting the data verifications team in ensuring that we comply with requirements on various documents submitted to our organization.
• This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What is expected

• Sort and organize verification documents and data records systematically.
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries.
• Support the Data verification team in maintaining data integrity and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across various platforms.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving data verification processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc. in any discipline
• 1-2 years experience in the same or related role
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle inconsistencies and irregularities in documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
