Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team and lead the design and construction management of new projects.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong design capabilities, a keen understanding of building codes, and experience coordinating construction activities from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Project Design: Plan and design new architectural projects, ensuring aesthetic and functional quality.
• Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all stages of construction projects.
• Blueprint Analysis: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Team Management: Manage construction teams and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all projects adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• HND/BSc in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Previous experience in architectural design and construction management.
• Skills: Proficient in design software, detail-oriented, excellent organizational and team leadership skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / month.
