Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Officer at The Startup Place Ltd in Lekki.
• The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and creating job descriptions.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in developing HR policies and job descriptions
• Good understanding of HR practices and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
