Menu Planning: Assisting in planning and preparing authentic Chinese menus that cater to customer preferences and dietary requirements.
Use of Spices and Sauces: Balancing the use of Chinese spices, herbs, and sauces like soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to enhance flavor.
Plating and Presentation: Ensuring each dish is plated aesthetically, following Chinese presentation standards.
