Job Title: Telesales Representative

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients through cold calls
• Use pre-written scripts to showcase our products to possible customers,
• Learning what their needs are and keeping the customer engaged
• Demonstrate how our products can best address client needs
• Upsell products if possible
• Maintain an updated customer database, including names, phone numbers, and addresses
• Direct calls to other departments as needed
• Take incoming calls from current customers
• Keep a detailed record of all calls and sales
• Follow up on calls as needed.
