Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Officer to join our team

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant's facilities to identify and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and efficiency of equipment and facilities.
• Respond promptly to repair requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and disruptions to restaurant operations.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance work, repairs and inspections.
• Give an accurate report on Diesel, Cooking, Gas and Water Consumption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience 3 - 5 years as a maintenance Officer or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues quickly and effeciently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is essential.
