Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our client's luxury fashion brand.
- The ideal candidate will support the HR team in managing day-to-day operations and administrative duties.
- This role is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience in human resources and a passion for both people management and the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee documentation and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Coordinate training programs for new hires.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant.
- Monitor leave management systems, attendance, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Employee Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and requests.
- Organize staff engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Support the resolution of employee concerns or conflicts.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and performance appraisals.
- Manage calendars for HR meetings, interviews, and employee events.
- Maintain accurate data and HR records within internal systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws in Nigeria.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry is an advantage.
