Job Summary

  • We're seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. Our company specializes in real estate and hospitality, and we're committed to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • As an Accounting Manager, you'll oversee financial operations, manage accounting teams, and provide strategic financial insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Oversee preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Accounting Operations: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop accounting staff.
  • Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field with 5+ years of accounting experience.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
