Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Location: Awoyaya, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure furniture produced meet required quality specifications.
- Ensure that all processes and products comply with company policies and external regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve quality issues by working with production teams and suppliers to improve processes, reduce defects, and enhance product quality.
- Train and mentor quality control staff on proper inspection and testing techniques, standards, and procedures.
- Address customer complaints related to product quality, analyzing feedback to improve product consistency.
Requirement
- Experience in Quality Control preferably in a furniture store or similar area.
Salary & Benefit
- N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
- Accommodation provided.
