We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work days: Monday – Saturday,
Work Hours: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.
Break Period: 12 pm – 1 pm

Responsibilities 

• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
• Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods purchases, and reactions to products.
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products
• Answering customers’ questions on the products
• Meeting sales quotas.

Job Requirements

• Excelent communication skills.
• Creative thinking skills.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
• Minimum of OND/B.sc/Hnd
• 1 year of working experience.

Benefits

• Salary/Benefit: Gross salary: 72,000 + (basic pay, performance, Saturday pay is double the pay, Seniority allowance and Transport subsidy inclusive)
• Weekly bonus.
• Public holiday is overtime pay paid times 3 for that day and are still paid as statutory at the end of the month.
• Public holidays are paid overtime 3 times for that day and still paid statutory at the end of the month
