Job Title: Activations Manager

Location: Maryland, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive activation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, digital).
• Manage activation budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure timely delivery of activation elements.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Establish campaign metrics and KPIs.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful campaign activation.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of data analysis and campaign measurement tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Certification in marketing or project management (e.g., Google Analytics, PMP).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
