Job Title: Strategy Manager

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret client objectives, goals, and target audience to inform strategy development.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor and consumer insights to understand the market landscape.
• Craft comprehensive marketing strategies, including channel selection, messaging, and budget allocation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and account management.
• Monitor campaign results, analyze data, and optimize strategies for improved performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in strategy development in the integrated marketing or related industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with strategy development tools and software (e.g., SWOT analysis, market research reports).
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
