Job Description
- Keeping inventory of all tools
- Issuing of tool and ensuring that they are returned back to store after use
- Ordering of tools for replenishment of tools stock
- Keeping track of damaged or worn out tools
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for Tool Setup
- Coordinate tool testing and evaluation with suppliers
- Review periodically tool cost and efficiencies
Requirements
- Interested candidate should possess OND certificate
- 3 - 9 years of experience can apply.
- Three years of CNC machining, machine shop experience
- Engineering drawing and blueprint reading ability is required
- Detail oriented, accurate,and thorough
- Proficient in database use
- Work well with others under pressure
- Demonstrate Good Problem solving Skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write quality tags and make detailed notes in communication logs
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
