Job Title: Enterprise Senior Account Executive - Insurance Partnerships

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Senior Account Executive to build and expand partnerships with medium to large insurers and brokers across Sub-Saharan Africa.
  • This role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic pipeline management, deal closure, and regional market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound sales campaigns to expand market presence in the region.
  • Build and manage a pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Close deals with insurers and brokers, consistently meeting sales quotas.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle with support from senior leadership.
  • Act as the primary client contact for meetings, demos, and POCs.
  • Keep detailed CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
  • Gather and share market feedback to improve product offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech solutions for financial services.
  • Experience managing multi-country sales in Sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Proficiency in consultative selling; familiarity with MEDDIC is a plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and organized.

Salary
N700,000 - N800,000 / NET monthly, HMO, Pension, Leave Allowance.
