Job Description
- We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join the CabVibe team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, handling scheduling, organizing documents, and coordinating meetings.
- The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for management.
- Manage internal and external communications.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and reports.
- Provide general office support, including handling correspondence and calls.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Must have 1-3 years experience.
- Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
