Job Title: Pipeline Technician

Location: Sapele, Delta

Job Summary

• The Pipeline Technician will perform pipeline maintenance, inspections, and repairs, ensuring the integrity and safe operation of pipeline systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform pipeline maintenance tasks, including coating inspection, cathodic protection monitoring, and valve maintenance.
• Conduct pipeline inspections, using various methods such as visual inspection, ultrasonic testing, and magnetic particle inspection.
• Assist in pipeline repair operations, including excavation, welding, and coating application.
• Maintain pipeline equipment and tools in good working order.

Qualifications

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in pipeline maintenance and repair.
• Pipeline maintenance certification is required.
• Familiarity with pipeline construction, operation, and maintenance practices.
