We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Outlet Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities
As an outlet manager your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring exceptional customer service
• Communicating job responsibilities and expectations, and listening to theteam
• Overseeing daily operations, including maintenance, administrative operations, and cash handling
• Staff management: Overseeing staff work schedules, and coaching and mentoring employees
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Delegating tasks to the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 6 years experience.
• Knowledge of, and ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proficient on excel and general computer knowledge.
• Gender: females only for gender balance.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
