Job Summary

• The HR Manager oversees all HR functions, ensuring compliance, efficient hiring processes, and a positive workplace culture. This role supports the company’s goals through recruitment, employee relations, and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, improve engagement, and conduct exit interviews.
• Performance Management: Lead performance reviews and address performance issues.
• Policy Development and Compliance: Ensure HR policies are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
• Training and Development: Organize training programs and support employee growth.
• Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll and manage benefits programs.
• HR Data and Reporting: Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
• 5+ years in HR.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, communication skills, and HR software proficient.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
