Job Title: Female Chef

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Menu Planning: Develop and design menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and food trends.
• Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
• Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff, including line cooks and kitchen assistants, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to recipes.
• Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients to minimize waste.
• Food Safety: Maintain food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to receive feedback, make recommendations, and ensure a satisfying dining experience.
• Cost Control: Monitor food costs and labor expenses to maintain profitability while ensuring quality.
• Creative Development: Experiment with new recipes and cooking techniques to enhance the dining experience and attract customers.

Qualifications

• Education: Formal culinary training from a culinary school or relevant experience in the food industry.
• Experience: Several years of experience in a kitchen environment, with a progression in responsibilities.
• Skills: Strong cooking skills, creativity, leadership abilities, time management, and excellent communication.

Salary
N200,000 / Month.
