Job Summary

• Premium Human Resource Solution is currently recruiting Direct Sales Executives (DSE) for a Top Banking Institution in Lagos Island, Ajah, Lekki, Ibeju Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi - Lagos State.
• Residence on the mainland is not a barrier.
• Staff bus services are available for daily commute.
• Age: Not more than 35 years.

Description

• Identify and approach potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking events
• Educate customers about the bank's products and services, emphasizing the benefits and features
• Actively engage in lead generation to build a robust customer pipeline
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the bank
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
• Work towards increasing the customer base and expanding the bank's market presence
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
• Stay up-to-date on the bank's products, services, and promotions
• Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and terms of various banking products to customers
• Provide accurate and detailed information to potential clients to facilitate informed decision-making
• Ensure all required documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and promptly.

Salary
N100, 000 - N120, 000 monthly (plus Robust Commission, HMO, pension, 13th Month Allowance, Staff Bus and other benefits).
