Job Description
- As a Customer Care Support team member, you will be the first point of contact for CabVibe users, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring users receive quick and efficient assistance.
- Your role will be essential in maintaining a positive experience for our customers, thereby contributing to our brand’s reputation and user retention.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional customer support to users.
- Address user complaints and provide solutions efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Document and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Gather customer feedback and report trends to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred; additional qualifications are a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
